133) CELEBRITIES FEET-SIDE EFFECTS OF WEARING HIGH HEELS

I love and admire celebrities who wear super high heels to look glamorous and elegant in their long flowing glittery gowns while they sashay down the red carpet and pose seductively for the paparazis. Now I have come to realize that there is a certain price to pay for fashion and style.

Here are some pictures of celebrities footies that have evidently taken a toll on having to be fashionable and trendy.  Their faces are definitely gorgeous and sexy but their feet are certainly not.

When you wear heels, limit the time of walking in them.  Shoes that have pointed heels are not meant for walking on rough, uneven or sandy surfaces.  Keep a pair of flat sandals or ballerina pumps in your car or office for a quick and comfortable change.

Bunions, calluses, corns, hammertoes, varicose veins, misalignment of the toe bones, pinch nerves, poor blood circulation are the end results of wearing high heels that have poor support.  By not addressing these problems,  it  will affect your head, neck, shoulders, lumbar region, hips, knees, legs and nerves which in turn may cause chronic pain later in life.

My next topic for discussion is,  "Common Foot Problems."

THE ODD COUPLE

Paths cross, unlikely pair,
What's important is the care,
From moments into days,
Love is strange in many ways,
From days into weeks,
Grow in time with many tweaks,
Then it turns into many years,
All the fears and the tears.
Love is always in the air,
It seeks you, take it,  if you dare.
