Most of us may not admit it but we have our own personal habits and rituals that we follow every day. Trying to lead a healthy lifestyle and taking care of yourself will also make you pick up a hopefully good habit or two along the way.
Here are 10 celebrities who have their own unique and something quirky health habits. Some may be considered as bordering on being fetishes or just plain fastidious.
To keep herself in tip top shape, this Latino lady reportedly keeps a bottle of grapefruit essential oil with her all day to sniff whenever she feels hungry in between meals, as it apparently curbs appetite.
The Black Eyed Peas singer reportedly drinks two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar every day to calm her stomach and aid digestion.
Her personal trainer who gave her this advice, believes that vinegar shots flushes out fats in the colon, and helps the body to digest food as well as appease cravings.
To keep her hunger at bay, the former Spice Girl who once was known as 'Posh Spice' turned fashion designer crunches on frozen grapes. This Queen of Pout nibbles on these frozen fruits instead of high calorie sweet treats or a sinful dessert.
This A-lister Oscar award winner apparently fills her stomach with baby food throughout the day, and only allowing just one ‘adult meal’ each day, such as fish and vegetables or chicken and brown rice. A tough act to follow?
Eating regularly is a good way of boosting metabolism; however, proper food intake and variety is more beneficial. She may have been doing it as part of her weight loss program but hopefully it is not on a long term basis.
To keep her skin smooth and supple, Halle Berry mixes coffee granules into her shower gel and uses it to exfoliate her skin as well as reducing cellulite on her thighs.
She even gave her quick-fix snacks a name- 'frogs on a log', as that’s what it reminds her of. Let's hope the taste is better than it looks! This satisfying snack potentially saves her from consuming hundreds of calories at a time, as it substitutes cakes and chocolate in her diet.

Even though studies have revealed that eating grapefruit before meals can aid weight loss, simply sniffing the essential oil, however, has no been proven to have any ability to shrink your waistline and keep you trim.

Catherine Zeta-Jones
Believe it or not, this buxom Welsh lady, who now resides in Los Angeles, stock up on fresh Welsh air shipped over in bottles to her! She believes that the purity cleanses her system and leaves her feeling refreshed. It also acts as a reminder of her home in the Welsh valleys.
Quite extravagant, you might think, but she swears by its natural healing properties. At around $35 a bottle it’s not a cheap health habit, and even comes with a certificate proving its Welsh origin on every bottle.

After lunch and dinner the singer downs two shots of the stuff, but to be honest, the strong after taste may not be a liking for most people and so, if you are interested to try, it is recommended that you incorporate it into a salad or soup and make it the most delicious tasting health kick!

Demi Moore
Demi Moore has leeches applied to her skin as she believes their blood sucking tendencies cleanse her system through detoxification of the blood. No pain, no gain, right? Her health habits are perhaps among the most extreme of the lot. Care to try?

Actually, some do not believe there are any health benefits of letting the little squiggly suckers feast on your blood. To prevent snacking, Demi also eats three bowls of fibre-rich bran a day – this is definitely a less extreme health habit.

Well, looking at her beautiful body and skin, you may be convinced that the combined ingredients of the kitchen and the bathroom has worked wonders for her. And the added bonus is that it leaves a nice aroma on your skin.
Nicole Kidman
Another highly paid A-list actress, Aussie lass, Nicole Kidman avoids giving into the temptation of sugary or high calorie treats, by snacking on raisins dipped in honey, arranged on sticks of celery.

Kim Cattrall
Kim Cattrall, a body confident Sex and the City star squeezes lemon juice on her chips believing it actually dissolves the fat.
By far, a quirky food fetish. And it means that Kim can enjoy this fried food without worrying about the fats taking residence in her hips! Sounds so uncomplicated but usually if anything that simple usually does not work. Otherwise, womenfolk would all be squeezing lemon juice over everything!

Christina Aguilera
Diva songstress and reality TV judge, Christina Aguilera allegedly adopts the unusual 'textures and colours' diet. During meals, the singer eats four food groups of different colors and textures, mixing crunchy, soft, hot and cold foods.

She also combines the colors of her plate components, mainly the healthy purples, green, brown and red foods. Very fastidious, don't you think? Her mealtimes are like attending an art class rather than a daily diet.
