54) 5 WAYS TO CREATE POSITIVE ENERGY

What is the difference between a winner and a loser?  Clearly, the winners are people with positive attitudes. It is very similar to the phrase, "You are what you eat". By feeding on negativity, there is no room to feel positive. Instead your life seemed to be full of burden.


To ensure that your experiences are happy ones, practice the following tips to stay positive.


1.You are your own master

Everyone has an attitude. Some may be good and some may be bad and even some are just plain awful. 

Your goal is to keep your attitude in a good condition. Make a game out of it by taking the challenge. With each step you take, you are giving yourself a chance to grow as a person. 

Whereas negativity takes away your energy, the opposite is true for positivity. Being positive uses significantly less energy. Why dig a hole so deep that you will take some climbing and energy to get out from it?

2. Eat a healthy diet

To be able to maintain energy, be alert and have positivity, you need to eat healthy food. Very often, periods of tiredness and negativity are those times when your body lacks essential nutrition.

3. Choose your friends

When you are trying to be positive, avoid surrounding yourself with people who are negative. Negativity can quickly spread like wildfire. You don't find a positive thinker keeping company with a negative thinker, do you?

4. Get a good nights sleep

When you are well rested, you are ready to face a new day and its challenges with the right frame of mind. When you don't have enough sleep, do you find that you tend to be irritable and feeling tired? However, oversleeping will also give you the same negative result. So try to get sufficient sleep by getting into a routine that can prepare you for a good nights sleep.



5. Exercise

The simplest exercise that does not cost a single cent or equipment is to walk. All you need is your legs and a good pair of walking shoes. Start the day early with a brisk walk before you go to work and reap the benefits. Not only you will be energized, you get to breathe fresh air. The bonus is that your extra weight will melt away in no time. Regular walks are beneficial to your mental as well as your physical health.

Initially, it will take some effort. However, time should not be the reason for not starting at all because ultimately, we will run out of time. So why wait? Do it now.
