55) 5 MORE WAYS TO CREATE POSITIVE ENERGY

When you come home from a very hectic day at the office, all you want to do is to shower, have dinner and crawl into bed. How many of you wake up feeling fresh as a daisy?

I was in this position two years ago and I can honestly say that the next morning, I woke up with a heavy feeling and gloomy mood to match. There seemed to be a dark cloud hanging over my head. I was not looking forward to going to work and I wish that it was already the weekend. Some of you may be nodding your head.

The power to create a positive energy lies within you. Only you can decide to keep or share this energy. You can also as easily give away or replace it with negative energy.

Learn how to preserve and nurture positive energy with these 5 ways.

1. Hop on the Hobby Horse

Try breaking this routine by doing the following:
Have a hobby. My hobby is to draw and it is very calming but at the same time challenging and fulfilling.

Have an interest. Watching sitcoms, K-TV or Spanish soap operas do not count. Instead watch  a Cooking, Life Inspiring or Discovery channel.  Learn new things and what goes on around the world and people. You can cook up a storm, help someone in need, start a charity drive or hold a good conversation/discussion with your family and friends on  interesting or amazing information you saw or heard from these channels.

Join a dance or exercise classYou'll get to meet and make new friends and have fun doing it.

Start a blog. Write topics you are passionate about or that inspires and motivates.  Share it with your friends or the world for that matter.  You'll never know that there is a budding writer waiting to be freed.

      2. What comes around, goes around....

When you possess positive energy, it is often directed away from you and out towards others. The energy will bounce off those you come in contact with and often return to you again.

Remember that the same applies to negative energy. You would not want to attract negativity, do you?

      3. Are you stuck in the rut?

Do you feel bored, doing mundane routine day in day out?  It is time to shake off the boredom, step out and try something new.  Consider joining the following.

      • New Sport
      • New Social Circle
      • New outdoor activity

Merely by making a change in your life, you have opened the door to new discoveries in a different surrounding which can add excitement and fun to your life.

      4. History repeats itself

What you are trying to do, someone else would have already done it and very successfully, too.  So, psyche yourself up, and tell yourself this,  "If they can do it, so can I!" The ability to persevere and to not throw in the towel is the key to reaching your goal and achieve success.

      5. Even bad days are good

Everyone has a bad day or two. If you are having one now, just try not to get too worked up over it. Your aim is to stop the vicious cycle and you will find that the bad days will be far and few.

All the above activities will help you recoup your energy by sending out positive vibrations which in turn attract the same positive energy to you.
