Admittedly, I have been guilty of that. Haven't you?
When you get to a traffic stop, do you quickly whip out your lipstick and proceed to apply color to your lips? Or dab a few drops of perfume on your wrists or decollage. Perhaps even line your eyes with an eyeliner?

Women tend to multitask because we feel that we can get more things done in the shortest possible time. We like to juggle and some are better jugglers than the rest of us.

That being said, here are twelve steps you can follow to apply makeup in 15 minutes.
Just try to allocate that time and do it in the safety of your room. You may, if you wish, skip some of the steps and keep it simple. Sometimes, a touch of lipstick, eyeliner,
mascara and sunblock will make you feel gorgeous and ready to step out into the world.

These steps are after you have cleansed your face and applied toner and moiturizer.
Step One Apply Sunscreen
To get a dewy and fresh look, apply sunscreen to your face and neck. Use a tinted moisturizer with SPF 50 so that you can do away with using a foundation. Remember to apply sunscreen everyday, rain or shine to protect your skin from the sun.

Step Two Apply Concealer
Use your ring finger to dot concealer under the eye, along the nose and chin. Pat, never rub the concealer to blend.
Step Three Apply Foundation
Use a tinted moisturize or foundation to apply on your face and make sure to blend along the jawline so that you do not have two tones or look like you are wearing a mask. It is not necessary to apply foundation all over your face. Just the areas where you have uneven skin tone which is along your nose and eye area.
For a sheer and natural look, consider tinted moisturizers which is much lighter than foundation.
Step Four Apply Blusher
To get rosy cheeks, apply blush on the apples of your cheeks below the cheek bone. To get a sun-kissed look, add a bronzer. To brighten up your face, use a highlighter pen.
Step Five Apply Eyeliner
The next step to to make up your eyes. Line the eyelids with the eyeliner. There are a variety of ways to apply eyeliner. You can choose to do the basic eye, a cat eye, a smokey eye and much more.
Basic Eye-Just apply liner to the upper lashes and the lower lashes. Smudge along the lower to soften the line.
Step Six Apply Primer
To keep your eyeshadow from melting into your eyelids, set the eye first with an eyeshadow primer.

Step Eight Curl Lashes
To curl your lashes, use an eyelash curler. For the curl to hold better, blow your curler for 3 seconds with a hairdryer. Check that the metal is not too hot before curling.
Step Nine Apply Mascara.
Always slide out the mascara wand. Do not pump the wand to avoid introducing air into the tube. Start at the root of your lashes and use a zig zag motion to pull it right through to the tips. Wait until it dries and then add a second layer for volume and length.
Step 10 Apply Lipstick
You can choose to fill in lips with a lip liner and apply lip balm or a layer of gloss. Another way is to outline the lips and then apply lipstick. Or you can just apply gloss or balm for the natural look.

Step Eleven To set your makeup
Apply loose powder or a spritz of Evian spray to set your face and you are done!
