The simplest way to get Vitamin D into our body is just spend 10 to 15 minutes outdoors between 8 am to 10 am when the sun has not reached it's peak as we are living in a hot climate country like Malaysia.

For countries that only get their sunshine during the summer, 10 to 15 minutes out in the sun 2 to 3 times a week would be sufficient.

That is to say that you will not put yourself in harms way to do the challenge.  For example, you have a fear of water.  Take the bull by the horns and overcome this fear by taking swimming lessons.

Or you are interested in someone but do not have the courage to talk to them.  Take the first step and go up to that person to say hello.

Once you take action to conquer your fears, you will have a rush of endorphines coursing through your blood vessels and this will give you confidence.  You will find that you are able to achieve your dreams as your confidence grow.
