Having my fair share of muscle aches and pains due to sprains, falls and illnesses, I would say that we have to be vigilant about what forms of pain that signals something is wrong with our bodies.
Pain is mainly caused by inflammation in our muscles, tissues and joints.
Learn to recognise these pains and not ignoring them by immediately checking with your doctor can avoid possible complications or underlying problems later on.
5 Areas of pain and what it is trying to tell you
Here are the 5 kinds of pain you should pay attention to.

- You have a constant pain in your joints such as the knees, fingers, or hips that is not due to any recent injury.
- The joint pain is coupled with tenderness due to inflammation indicates a possible rheumatoid arthritis. Early treatment is required to prevent the condition from getting worse.
- Other possible serious disorders that are connected to joint pain are bone cancers, fibromyalgia, Tendonitis, Bursitis, Gout, Lyme disease, Lupus, Rickets and Osteoporosis.

Pain #4 Sharp Pain in Your Side
If you experience a sharp pain in your stomach area or your side, it could be appendicitis which is the inflammation of the appendix. This condition is to be taken seriously.
Usually, you will feel a pain in your belly button but the pain will migrate to your right lower abdomen. When it happens, you will get a severe and sharp pain sensations. Other symptoms that will accompany the pain will be nausea, vomiting and fever. If no medical treatment is given, you will then have chills, constipation, diarrhoea and involuntary shaking.

Additional symptoms of DVT may include soreness when standing or walking, increased feeling of warmth around the affected leg as well as red or discolored skin on the leg.
